Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the OnlyFlow platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided by OnlyFlow ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at info@onlyflow.io.

2. Description of Service

OnlyFlow provides a cloud-based platform for managing automated workflows on physical iPhones. This includes social media content publishing, account management, and device monitoring across third-party platforms.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Each subscription grants access to a specified number of managed iPhones.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in mass automated actions that violate platform terms of service
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or systems
• Use the Service for any illegal activity

You are solely responsible for all content published through the Service and for ensuring compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you use through the Service.

OnlyFlow is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts, including but not limited to suspensions, bans, or content removal.

5. Device Provisioning

Upon subscribing, iPhones will be assigned to your account from our available pool. If the requested number of devices is not immediately available, they will be provisioned within 4 days. You will be billed for the full subscription amount from the date of purchase.

Devices remain the property of OnlyFlow. You are granted access to use them through the platform for the duration of your subscription.

6. Billing and Payment

The Service is billed on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Pricing is based on volume tiers determined by the number of iPhones in your subscription.

You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date. If a payment fails, your access to the Service will be suspended until the payment is resolved. You will have 24 hours to update your payment method before your devices may be released.

7. No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Your devices will be released from your account
• Account data (social accounts, tasks, categories) associated with your devices will be removed
• Your organization profile and settings will be retained for 90 days in case you wish to resubscribe

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

OnlyFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

OnlyFlow is not responsible for any third-party platform actions, including but not limited to account suspensions, bans, shadowbans, or content removal.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

The OnlyFlow platform, including its code, design, and documentation, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

Content you upload or publish through the Service remains your intellectual property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. Upon termination, your devices will be released and account data associated with devices will be removed.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
